Digital Products Delivery
All technical documents, manuals, and archives available through Tech Archivist / Global Industrial Heritage Digital Museum (GIHM) are digital products. Upon successful Stripe payment, you will receive an immediate secure download link.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital goods, including PDF, TIFF, JPG, and archive files, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, a refund or exchange may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Corrupted Files: The downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened.
- Incorrect Description: The document significantly differs from the description provided on the product page.
- Delivery Failure: The payment succeeded but the download link could not be generated or delivered.
Issue Resolution Flow
- Check the file first: Try opening the PDF in another reader and confirm the download completed.
- Prepare the evidence: Keep your Stripe receipt, order ID, document title, download email, and a short description of the issue.
- Email support within 24 hours: Send the details to [email protected] with screenshots if the file is corrupted, incorrect, or unavailable.
- Review window: The automated review runs within the 24-hour support window.
- Resolution: We will either resend a working file, provide the correct document, restore the download link, or issue a Stripe refund when eligible.

Use the report button below or email [email protected]. Include your Order ID, Stripe receipt if available, document title if available, and the reason for your request.
